National Distinguished Professor, East China University of Science and Technology

Yang Tang is a Professor at East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) and a leading researcher in intelligent systems and automation. He is an IEEE Fellow and AAIA Fellow, with research interests spanning intelligent unmanned systems, embodied intelligence, machine vision, reinforcement learning, industrial intelligence, and complex systems. He has published extensively in international journals and conferences and has led numerous research projects in intelligent systems and AI. His research emphasizes the integration of advanced artificial intelligence methods with real-world engineering and industrial applications, with a particular focus on autonomous decision-making, intelligent perception, and collaborative intelligent systems.

Ning Wang is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Dalian Maritime University, China, and Director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Ship Green Power Control and Testing. He is an IMarEST Fellow, IET Fellow, ISCM Fellow, and IIAV Fellow, and has been recognized as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher and an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Scholar. His research interests include artificial intelligence, intelligent perception, autonomous systems, marine robotics, intelligent sensing, and data-driven control. He has published extensively in international journals and has led numerous national and industry-oriented research projects. His work focuses on integrating AI, perception, and autonomous decision-making to develop intelligent systems for complex real-world environments.

Prof. Weidong Min

Bio: Professor Weidong Min is a nationally recognized talent and a deputy to the National People's Congress of China. He serves as a Second-Class Professor at the School of Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Nanchang University, where he supervises both doctoral and master's students. Prof. Min is a Standing Council Member of the China Society of Image and Graphics and a Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation. He formerly served as Dean of the School of Software and currently holds the positions of Dean of the Metaverse Research Institute at Nanchang University, Director of the Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality of Jiangxi Province, and Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Jiangxi Provincial Digital Economy Society. He is recognized as a High-Level Talent of Jiangxi Province, and as both a Leading Talent and the Leader of an Innovation Team under the Jiangsu Province "Double Innovation" Program.

Prof. Mouquan Shen

Prof. Mouquan Shen

Nanjing Tech University, China

Prof. Mouquan Shen is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing Tech University, China, where he serves as Chair of the Professor Committee of the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science. His research interests include data-driven control, intelligent optimization, multi-agent coordination, fault diagnosis, signal processing, and cyber-physical systems, with applications in intelligent transportation, autonomous systems, smart grids, and industrial equipment. He has published more than 100 SCI-indexed papers in journals including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has led more than ten research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other national and provincial programs, and serves on the editorial boards of several international journals. He has also been actively involved in international academic conferences as a keynote speaker, conference chair, and program committee chair.
