1. All papers will undergo double-blind peer review by 2–3 members of the Program Committee. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not simultaneously under consideration for any other conference or journal. Plagiarism and all other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. Upon acceptance, authors are required to complete the corresponding registration and present their work in person.
2. After a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be included in the ISDA 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted for indexing in major databases such as EI Compendex and Scopus:
l EI Compendex
l Scopus
Prior to publication, the publisher will conduct a similarity check on all papers. Manuscripts found to have an excessively high similarity index will be rejected for publication. Likewise, papers containing extensive verbatim duplication of entire paragraphs from other authors' work will also be rejected. In both cases, should plagiarism be confirmed by the publisher, the paper will be refused publication, and no conference registration fees will be refunded.
Authors may not submit papers that have been previously published or are under consideration for publication elsewhere. To verify originality, a full-text originality check will be conducted upon receipt of the manuscript. Authors must ensure that their submissions are entirely original, and that any content or expressions adopted from others are properly acknowledged or cited.
Authors should carefully check the spelling and grammar of their papers prior to submission to ensure that the content is comprehensible and easily readable for editors, reviewers, and future readers.
Papers must be relevant to the conference theme and fall within the scope of the conference. Submissions that are unrelated to the conference’s aims and scope will be rejected without review.
Authors listed on the paper must be those who have made significant contributions to the research. Individuals who have made substantive contributions to the work but do not qualify as co-authors should be duly acknowledged in the acknowledgments section. All sources of funding and any conflicts of interest must be disclosed in the authorship declaration.
